Danielle Smith DVM
VETERINARIAN / DIRECTOR / FOUNDER / INVESTIGATOR
Dr. Smith is a 30 Something year old graduate from U. Penn. She has a bachelors degree in life science and holds a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine.
She is also the founder and director of the rescue, and she is VERY skilled in Avian medicine as well as herpiculture. (The science of reptiles).
Danielle is a dedicated and influential member of the small animal and avian community being responsible for the safety and placement of animals in 13 municipalities in southern New Jersey. She is a true hero for the animal community as a whole.
In addition, she is the proud mother of 2 Blue and Gold Macaws, a Goffins Cockatoo, an Umbrella Cockatoo, 3 Pythons, 3 Bearded Dragons, a Columbian Red Tailed Boa, 2 VERY LARGE and quite nasty Iguanas, a Leopard Gecko, 8 BEAUTIFUL ferrets,, and a Doberman Pinscher.

Shelter Manager / Lead Investigator / Veterinary Technician
Sam is just as dedicated to the health and well being of all the animals just as Danielle is and then some.
He is always prepared to help ANY animal in need and does so without question.
Holly Ireland AHT
Avian Veterinary Technician
Holly is an expert in the field of Avian medicine, assisting Danielle with ALL bird related cases. She is well versed and proficient.
Although she does not have a formal veterinary education, she has worked alongside of Danielle for 4 years. In that time frame she has acquired an extensive and working knowledge of veterinary sciences.
Holly is the proud mother of 2 little boys and 2 Scarlett Macaws.
